ABOUT JON
Jon Fogel is a speaker and thinker focused on human behavior. How people think, decide, react, and change, especially under pressure.
Beneath the Surface of Behavior
His work draws from advanced graduate-level study in psychology, human behavior, sociology, and the systems that shape identity, belief, and decision-making. Rather than treating behavior as a surface problem to be corrected, Jon’s training centers on understanding the deeper forces that drive it: emotional regulation, internal narratives, social conditioning, and the invisible rules people live by without realizing it.

That academic foundation is paired with years of intimate, relational work with individuals. Listening closely, asking precise questions, and helping people surface long-standing patterns that shape how they lead, relate, and respond.

Jon has spoken on hundreds of stages and to thousands of people across diverse audiences and contexts.
He speaks publicly every single week through his work as a Lead Pastor, continually refining how ideas land, how attention is held, and what actually shifts the way people think once the talk is over.

This volume of live communication has created a rare feedback loop. Over time, Jon has developed a communication style that is clear without being simplistic, thoughtful without being academic, and engaging without relying on performance or hype.

Audiences often describe his talks as moments of genuine mental reorganization. Where familiar experiences suddenly make sense in a new way.
Jon has trained with the same speaking coach as James Clear and Donald Miller.
